ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Security Profile have been setup to restricted Contingent Workers, however it is not working as per setup. Previously it was working fine.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Security Profile to work correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Security Profile to restrict Contingent Workers
2. Assign the Security Profile to a Responsibility
3. Select the Responsibility
4. Query for people
