BWC: Global Agreement Is Not Visible On Order Line Search LOV (Doc ID 1595411.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Global agreement was not visible in source doc search on order line search lov in the enabled Operating Unit.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
GBPA lines Should be retrieved for all the enabled OUs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create GBPA in Vision Operations and enable it in Vision Germany.
2. Go to Vision Germany -> Orders -> Lines.
3. In the Search, add 'Source Document Type' and 'Source Document Number' as search criterion.
4. Change 'Source Document Type' to 'Blanket Agreement'.
5. Now WITHIN the 'Source Document Number' LOV, search for the previously created GBPA (created in Step 1).
6. System returned no rows
