Receipt Reports Issue: Unapplied & Unresolved Receipt Register Report Data Doesn't Match After Upgrade from 11i to R12 (Doc ID 1595456.1)

After upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3, the numbers shown in the Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register do not match for the same parameters.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: View > Requests

1. Submit 'Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register' in 11i
2. Upgrade to 12.1.3
3. Submit 'Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register' using the same parameters
