ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to add a newly created item to an existing counter group, the item does not come up in the LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expect the item to be shown in the LOV so it can be added to the Counter Group.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Inventory, define a new Item XYZ which is serialized at receipt, tracked in IB and assigned to an Inventory Organization and the Item Master Organization

2. Go to Install Base (IB) >> Counters >> Groupings and find the existing Counter Group (the one in question) and click on 'Update'

3. In the Item Associates, add a new row and use the LOV to query the item XYZ - it is not there
