On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
When attempting to import an internal order the following error occurs.
ERROR

You are trying to insert an existing order or update an order that does not exist. Please enter a correct operation code.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Run Order Import
3. See error
