RTI EPS Multi Threaded Errors With ORA-01438 (Doc ID 1595875.1)

Goal

When running the RTI - Create EPS Payment Values for example: 2013/14 Multi Threaded the process completes after 45 mins. When checking the output we get the message:

Error in RTI - Employer Payment Summary Creation

Errors in trace file:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job <job number>
ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CREATE_GB_RTI_EPS_RECORD_MULTI", line 677

When running the single threaded version of this process it completes successfully with the correct figures so this issue is only related to the multi threaded version.
