What is the Criteria Used to Determine Buyer Work Center Expiring Agreement Days?

For example, using the Buyer Work Center, there is a Personal View for Expiring Agreements. What defines Expiring? Is this 30 days, 60 days, how many Days? And is this configurable? Can it be set it to X days in some way?
