Unable to Split Internal Sales Order Line Using oe_order_pub.process_order API (Doc ID 1595974.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Fulfillment

When attempting to use oe_order_pub.process_order_API for splitting the internal sales order lines, find the split lines are not working after applying PO <patch 14504285>

The following Error message is returned :


ERROR
-----------------------
Oe_Order_Pub.process_order->;Ordered quantity, Supply picture, and corresponding
internal requisition line have been updated.;
ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'REQUESTED_QTY2' does not exist for item 'OECHGORD/5002095'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders,Returns/Import Orders/Order Import Request
3. Make use of Process_Order API to update the internal sales order lines with Oe_Order_Pub.process_order
4. Receive error: ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'REQUESTED_QTY2' does not exist for item 'OECHGORD/5002095'.

NOTE:
- Splitting is done using a custom program calling public API.
- Splitting works for external sales orders.
- Business case requires most orders to be split lines.
