Sales Order Line Workflow Error at OE_Shipping_WF.Shipping_Activity (Doc ID 1595987.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

Sales Order Lines are stuck at Production Open status, though the associated WIP jobs are completed.
Whereas complete the job the new status in the sales order lines should be “Awaiting Shipping” .

Ship - Line, Manual Ship Exception Error -20001 ORA-20001:
OE_Shipping_WF.Shipping_Activity(OEOL, 14000, 280000, RUN, 201000000000,0,00,00,00,Shp-E-4E-34)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_SHIPPING_WF.START_SHIPPING, OEOL, 14000, 280000, RUN)

Line Processing Messages are
Workflow activity Ship has failed. Please fix the errors and retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.
