OEXOEORD- AFTER NAVIGATING TO 'RESERVATIONS' ,ARROW AND TAB KEYS ARE DO NOT WORK

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
While entering order lines via 'Enter Orders (OEXOEORD)' form,
arrow and tab buttons in keyboard cannot be used to go to other line after user fills lot number and QTY field.
Problem happens only when user navigates to item reservations window.
From many years it was working perfect.
This problem appeared yesterday morning after applying the below mentioned patches and running relink all executable on production server.

User should be able to use 'Arrow' and 'Tab' keys for faster order entry.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Go to Order Management responsibility > Sales Order
2- Fill all information of sales order header
3- Go to line items tab fill items code, QTY and save
4- Go to tools > scheduling > reservation details
5- Fill lot Number, QTY and save
6- Try to go to other line by arrow in keyboard you cannot do that also you cannot use tab button you must used mouse to select second line then continue you lot and QTY
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, by not using the shortcut keys , it is delaying ordering procedure.
