Information in this document applies to any platform.

In R12.1.3:

Value entered for two contexts of the Address Information Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) are not saved.

The information for both contexts of the Address Information Descriptive Flexfield are entered and saved.
The information is no longer displayed when you requery the customer and switch to the other context.

The issue only occurs when you enter both contexts of the Address Information DFF.
If you only enter one of the contexts, then the DFF information is displayed when you requery the customer.

Steps to Reproduce:
Setup > System > Flexfields > Descriptive
1) Define two (2) context values for the Address Information DFF
-Context Value: "XXX" with five segments
-Context Value: "YYY" with one segment

Navigation:  Customers > Customers
2) Query for a customer account number
-Click on the Address Details icon
-Under Account Site Details region, enter DFF information for both Context Values "XXX" and "YYY"

Navigation:  Customers > Customers
3) Requery the customer
-DFF data for the second DFF context value (YYY) is displayed.
-Select to view the first context (XXX), no DFF data is displayed.
-Then switch to view the second context (YYY), now DFF data for the second context is no longer displayed.
