Symptoms
When attempting to cancel a line, the following error occurs:

Error : Inventory Cancelling Move Order Line has failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Order Organizer
3) Key in Order Number
4) Lines > (Select line)
5) Actions = Cancel > Select Reason and okay.
