Errors With Attachments (Doc ID 1596932.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, ATTACHMENTS

Can not attach any documents, or upload file attachments, each time the following error is given:

ERROR
-----------------------
IE Browser
HTTP 404
No se puede encontrar la pagina web (Page not found)

Replication steps are:


With SYSADMIN enter "General Ledger Super User" menu Journals-> Enter, "Find" button, button "Review Journal" and click on the "Attachments ...":
Go to the tab "Source" in "Data Type" select "File":
>> Has the file been uploaded successfully? (yes)
It should open a HTML requesting the path and file name instead opens an HTML with error:
IE Browser
HTTP 404
