Symptoms
Experiencing an error when using the Oracle Workflow Builder 2.6.3.0.1:
ORA-12657: No algorithms installed when connecting to db with network encryption
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Workflow Builder form a windows desktop.
2. Attempt to open a workflow from database that has sqlnet encryption enabled.
