Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Reconciliation and Clearing
Payments are not showing as available for Clearing.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Bank Statement/Manual Clearing/Clear Transactions
2. Click on Available and enter bank information in the Find windows.
