Report Email Notifications Do Not Use Custom From Address / Advisor Mail Address

Symptoms
When the following properties are added to the glog.properties file, they are used for the Tender Email (and other emails from OTM) but not when a report is sent out from OTM.
glog.workflow.notify.advisor.name=BOB
glog.workflow.notify.advisor.email=BOB@BOB.com
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the properties to affect all emails sent from OTM.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - For a 6.3.1 system updated the glog.properties file to have the following:
glog.workflow.notify.advisor.name=BOB
glog.workflow.notify.advisor.email=BOB@BOB.com
2. Send any Report to using Method EMAIL
3. The email was received and was from: GLog Advisor [glogAdvisor@glog.com]
(Note the Report email was not from BOB.)
