On : 12.1.3 version, India AR Localizations

When attempting to run Auto Invoice Import, it runs into error and the log shows the following error message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->India Local Receivables
2. Run the Autoinvoice Import for the Property Manager Source.
3. Observe that the program is running into error with the specified error message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot interface Property Manager Invoices to AR.

Note:

The issue is observed to be coming only for the AR transactions created from the Property Manager source.
