Observed Behaviour:
After upgrading to Rel 12.1 from 11.5.10, the Action History of a Requisition no longer contains a Forward action after the Submit.

Expected Behaviour
After upgrading to Rel 12.1 from 11.5.10, the Action History of a Requisition contains a Forward action after the Submit.

Steps
1. Raise and submit Purchase Requisition for approval
2. Navigate to Requisition Summary
3. Enter search criteria and click Find
4. From the Tool-Bar select Tools -> View Action History
5. Observe that there is no longer a Forward action after the Submit
