Credit Memo Issue: Credit Memo Over Applies Invoice with Taxes by .01 when using Credit Lines

Credit Memo Overapplies invoice with Taxes by .01 when using Credit Lines.
1. Create a invoice 14407 with two lines of USD 60 EACH and Manual Tax added ZX100REC%.
Change percentage to 20% for both lines, leave the invoice balance is USD 144 (natural application checked)
2. Create a invoice 14415 with two lines of USD 60 EACH and Manual Tax added ZX100REC%.
Change percentage to 20% for both lines. Leaving the invoice balance is USD 144 (over application checked)
3. Create receipt of USD 139 each for both invoices.
Application rule set in System options is Prorate All.
After application of receipt balance remains of USD 5 (Line Balance 4.17 and Tax balance 0.83)
4. Create Applied CM from Actions Credit to any of above transactions.
Select Line and Tax.
Enter line amount as -4.17. Tax amount is populated to -0.83 automatically
5. Save or Complete.
TAX AMOUNT CHANGED TO -0.84.
FOR NATURAL APPLICATION CM DOESNT GET COMPLETED
FOR OVER APPLICATION CM GETS COMPLETED WITH BALANCE OF 0.01
