ORA-01489 Error Occurs When Opening Log & Notes in Service Request Form (Doc ID 1597960.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to open log and notes for a certain service request the following error occurs.

Error

ORA-01489: result of sting concatenation is too long

FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01489

Steps to Reproduce

1. Query the SR in Service Request Form
2. Open the log and notes.
    The error occurs.
