Symptoms

When attempting to run Bills Receivable Remittance concurrent program, the following error is shown in the logs.

ERROR

iby.plsql.IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.Create_Settlements: Exception : ORA-01403: no data found
...
iby.plsql.IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.Create_Settlements: Transaction No: 1, Result Code: ROUTING_FAILURE



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Bills remittance
2. Approve
