Cannot See Strategy in the Strategy Tab of the Collections Agent User Interface (IEXRCALL) (Doc ID 1598277.1)

Symptoms

The Strategy Tab may be empty even though you know that strategies are assigned.   You can see the Work Items in the UWQ and yet when you double click on the customer to open the Collections Agent UI, the Strategy Tab is blank.   Or you may open the Collections Agent UI directly and still see the Strategy Tab as blank, even though you have strategies assigned and open work items.   This issue does not occur for all Customers.
