EBS WMS: Unable To Drop or Backorder Loaded LPN (Doc ID 1598408.1)

Symptoms

Unable to drop LPN into shipping staging lane and ship confirm. System is not allowing to drop or backorder Loaded LPN


Checked the following:
1. Line is picked
2. Task is in loaded status as per WMS control board.
3. Allocation completed
4. SO line is in awaiting shipping status
5. NO holds on SO

Issues:
1. Back order -- cannot back order because task is in Loaded status
2. LPN unload -- will not unload the LPN which stops the Backorder process.
3. DROP the task into SHP staging subinventory -- will not work
