On 11.5.10, Buyer creates a negotiation based deliverable to x days after the RFQ is open but before the RFQ closes. The supplier submits the response on the deliverable but the buyer cannot see the deliverable until the quote is submitted.

How can deliverables be negotiated during the negotiation phase of the process if the buyer cannot see those responses from the supplier until a quote is submitted?
