iRecruitment Offer Letter Upload No Longer Works After RUP6 (Doc ID 1598772.1)

Updated version of the offer letter is not being saved in iRecruitment.

The system states that the updated version has been successfully uploaded, but the offer letter being shown is still the old version.

The offer letter should be the latest version which has been uploaded to the system.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the responsibility iRecruitment Recruiter.
3. Go to iRecruitment Home > Candidates.
4. Search for a candidate.
5. Click on the candidate's name from the search results.
6. Click on the Offers tab.
7. Select a vacancy and click the 'View Details' button.
8. Set the field Action to 'View Offer Letter' and click the Go button.
9. Click the Upload button.
10. Browse for the new version of the offer letter and click the Continue button.
11. Search for the new template via the dropdown list 'New Template'.

The business is unable to make job offers and hire applicants.
