How to Remove Obsolete Customers Accounts From Navigator Top Ten After Upgrade To R12 (Doc ID 1598818.1)

If user had Customer Accounts listed in their navigator Top Ten, it is still available to them after the R12 upgrade, even though the form is obsolete and not in the responsibility menus.

How can this be removed from the Top Ten list?
