Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After an outage to put in Purchasing patches, sales order numbers are no longer in sequence (for example, 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004).
They jump ranges of numbers (for example, 1000, 1015, 1092, 1107).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the Sales Order Numbers will be sequential.
