Receipts Workbench: Not Able To Save Receipt Application to Open Invoices in Applications Form - No Error (Doc ID 1598837.1)

Symptoms

Receipt application not saving in Applications screen.

Attempting to apply a Receipt to five invoices, but after clicking on Save, only one of the invoices has saved, the other four were not saved.

[x]Apply Flag [ ] Save remains unchecked and No form error is displayed.

The issue here was you are able to apply the receipt to invoice only if you enter the receiving of interest columns in Descriptive Flexfield (DFF). 
When interest is entered in the JL DFF, the application is not saving for all lines, only one.
If no interest is entered on the DFF, application is saving for all lines.
