Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 Mobile Field Service
Performance is slow when using Mobile Field Service client after changing the character set to UTF8.
After changing the character set to UTF8 the dashboard page takes 15-20 seconds to open. Before changing the character set it takes 2-3 seconds.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the client polite.ini file change parameter DB_CHAR_ENCODING=UTF8
2. Restart mobile client
3. Login and access the dashboard
4. The page takes 15-20 seconds to load
