Goal

After upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 table IBY_PMT_INSTR_USES_ALL shows '-1' in created_by and last_updated_by columns for historical data.
We need these columns for audit purposes, to track who created and updated last.
Are there options for populating values in those columns in that table?
