Performance Issues With The E Business Suite AccessGate (Doc ID 1600312.1)

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3, OID SSO Technologies:

In integrated E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Access Manager environment users start to notice login time performance gradually deteriorating . Usually after restart of E-Business Suite Access get improve performance. When the performance is following errors appear in logfiles:
