Symptoms

Attempting to create a dispute and the Rule Start Date is getting changed for the Credit Memos.

Example:
Invoice with Rule Start Date as 26-SEP-13 and End Date as 26-NOV-2013
Credit Memo from Dispute creates Start Date of credit memo is 26-NOV-2013 and End Date=26-NOV-2013

Why is the Credit Memo Rule Start Date 26-NOV-2013, instead of 26-SEP-13?
