Copying a Manager Layout Results in Error: "Could not retrieve MANAGER_LAYOUT(s)"

When attempting to copy a Manager Layout the following Exception is encountered

ejb.ManagerLayout record not found: pk=
  Could not retrieve MANAGER_LAYOUT(s)

at glog.util.remote.BaseEntityBean.ejb(
at glog.util.remote.BaseEntityBean.ejbFindByKey(
at glog.ejb.managerlayout.db.ManagerLayoutBeanDB.ejbFindByPrimaryKey(
at glog.ejb.managerlayout.ManagerLayoutHomeStub.findByPrimaryKey(
at glog.server.managerlayout.ManagerLayoutSessionBean.getLayout(


1. Log in as DBA.ADMIN
2. Configuration and Administration -> User Configuration -> Manager Layout
3. Search for the Manager Layout ID
4. Click on the hyperlink for the Manager Layout that you wish to copy
5. Click Copy Manager Layout, then Copy Manager Layout on the pop-up.
6. Error occurs
