AutoConfig on the Database tier is encountering the following error:

ORA-04063: package body "APPS.ADX_PRF_PKG" has errors

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.ADX_PRF_PKG"
ORA-06512: at line 7

When trying to manually compile the package body, the following error is encountered:
