R12:JL: Cannot Enter Due Date in Collection Documents Form

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Brazil AP Globalization

After entering the due date in the Collection Documents form and saving, this field is not saved.

Expect to be able to save the due date.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Path: Brazilian Localizations -> Collection Documents -> Define
3. Try to create a collection document

After entering the due date and saving, this field is not saved.

The issue has always occurred.
The problem persists using Help-->diagnostics--> custom code off

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the due date in the Collection Documents form.
