The (DSO) Shows Zero for Other Levels that are not the Business Level

The DSO value in the Collections Agent UI is zero for the non-Business level. For example, if your Busines level is Customer, when you set the view to Account, Bill To or Delinquency, the DSO becomes zero.
This issue started to occur after the September 2013 RPC was applied.
