When attempting to access the 'Log and Notes' window from the Service Request form, no Notes are displayed and the following error appears:
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
1. Open Service Request form
2. Click on 'Log and Notes' button
3. Page is empty and error appears at the bottom of the form.
