In Product Information Management (PIM), users can change the stockable and transactable flags on items that have onhand quantity.

Expected Behavior
The stockable and transactable flag should not be updated if the item has onhand quantity.

Users cannot update the stockable and transactable flag in the standard E-Business Inventory Item form (INVIDITM.fmb) that raises a valid, expected error:

Expected Error
On Hand quantity exists or there are open Deliver transactions for this item. Please process these before changing the attribute.

1. Navigate Product Information Management (PIM) > Simple Search > Query any item.
2. Click on the Item link.
3. Click on Inventory Item Page
4. Click Update
5. Remove the Stockable/Transactable flags
6. Click Apply Changes
7. No error is received and the flags are removed.

Business Impact
Users can remove the stockable/transactable flags which should not happen when on-hand quantity exists.
