In Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.1.3, an error occurs when submitting a requisition for approval.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using an iProcurement responsibility.
2. Add an item to shopping cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Submit the requisition for approval from the Checkout page (Step 2 of 3) and the error occurs at this point.
Due to this issue, users cannot submit requisitions for approval in iProcurement.
