Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Asset Definition
When attempting to create new asset number, the following error occurs. This is a new implementation for EAM.
The issue is reproducible at will and does exist in all instances.
ERROR

Insert procedure failed with the following error message:
Location does not exist in HR schema for the passed validation organization (123).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Assets -> Asset Number
3. Create new asset and the aforementioned error occurs
