Warehouse Control Board "Completed" Tasks Performance Issue

We are testing for our R12 upgrade. At Warehouse Control Board (R12.1.3), I was searching the outbound tasks assigned to me just for one day. It took around 13 minutes to return the searching result, even through there are only a few records. And it took longer and longer when I tried for a few times.

So far , It looks like that the performance is caused by the " Completed" status. I searched for all other Status together except ' Completed", the result came out fast. And I also tried for different Source and it seems that the " Completed" status is the issue.

RUP7 patch 16812342:R12.WMS.B looks like it can resolve the issue, the we cannot afford to apply a RUP patch at this time. Please get us a one-off patch.

Expect that the query should take seconds, not 13 minutes or longer.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Warehouse Control Board
2. Search for Completed tasks,
3. Note the time it takes for the query to return the results.
