R12 GL: Accounting Setup Manager Errors with JBO-25013: Too Many Objects Match The Primary Key Oracle.jbo.Key while trying to save a new ledger definition (Doc ID 1601827.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to define a ledger and receiveing error -

JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key

cannot save ledger setup due to this error.


Navigation :
Go to GL Super user -> Setup -> Financials -> Accounting Setup Manager ->
Accounting Setups
Press Create Accounting Setup
Create Accounting Setup - Assign Legal Entities
Populate Primary Ledger Details ( Name , COA , Accounting Calender, Currency , SL Account Method )
Click Next to proceed to Step 3 of 3
Click Finish throws Error
Click Finish again throws Error with JBO-25013

Setup options appears to be correct in the Accounting Setup Manager -
Calendar validation report shows no issues, Using Standard Currency etc..
