Status_Change_Reason Field is Not Populated in IRC_ASSIGNMENT_STATUSES Table After HR RU6 Patch (Doc ID 1601901.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

status_change_reason field is not populated in IRC_ASSIGNMENT_STATUSES table

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect status_change_reason field to be populated in IRC_ASSIGNMENT_STATUSES table

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as iRecruitment Recruiter > Query a vacancy > Edit an application > Changing application status for the application + enter the change reason. Click Save.
2. Only the status is change, the change reason field is empty.
3. When checking the IRC_ASSIGNMENT_STATUSES, I see the field "status_change_reason" is indeed empty.
