ITM Adapter Does Not Process Data (Doc ID 1601989.1)

In Intl Trade Mgmt Integration

Customer notices that ITM Adapter is not processing data

Customer states

This issue occured last 3 days,  every morning.

To resolve this issue customer  tried to restart ITM Adapter. Found running Adapter Startup request, but no  processed data.
Tried to restart Script submitted Adapter Shutdown request , and Adapter Startup . But first startup request didn't completed .

Tried submit Adapter Shutdown request , but situation didn't changed, first startup request running normal, new startup request pending in status (standby).

Cancelled first request , and then situational normalized, new startup request running normal.
Count of rows with Flow_Status_Code='AWAITING_EXPORT_SCREENING' back to normal.



Per review of customers files found the following

Error in Adapter.callCustomProcedure : java.sql.SQLException: ORA-53203: security violation
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 77
