HTTP-400 Bad Request Errors When Attempting to Reply to an Email in Email Center (Doc ID 1602184.1)

Symptoms

The HTTP 400 Bad Request error is received when replying to emails in the Email Center in two cases:

 

Case 1 - Opening an Email which contains the string ../


(R) Email Center Agent Console

(N) Messages/Inbox

 

Open a message, try and reply to see the error:
