Journal Line Description For Revaluation Journals Shows An Irrelevant Description In The Journal (Doc ID 1602425.1)

Symptoms

After applying the Patch 8666474, Revaluation journal lines are picking the description  from the 'Name' field and not from the 'Current Text Message' field as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Journals > Enter > Check the Revaluation journal
