Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After Patch 16240055, suggested in Bug 16907813, users are now facing a severe performance issue with Warehouse Control board
when querying Outbound , Completed Tasks.
Users query the outbound, completed tasks for the shipment date in 1 day range. This was taking forever to query the completed tasks.
This runs for hours and finally users end up in closing the browser to kill the session.
Before the patch, this query used to fetch data in less than couple of minutes but now it is taking forever.
Gather schema stats was run and it still did not improve the performance. All other programs are running fine except for the WMS Control board.
The following was the expensive SQL shown in the Trace file
Expensive SQL
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the query to be fast and return rows as expected .
STEPS
1. Navigate to WMS Control board.
2. Query for Outbound, Completed and shipment date in 1 day range
3. Click Find. The screen freezes and never comes back.
