 Issue 1: Every time the end user clicks help from the menu, a hard-coded value "PeopleBooks" is set to parameter ContextID, this caused UPK to fail. Why?
 Issue 2: The Help link in the header only displays the main UPK player and no tabs when configure to display more than just the player. Why?
 Issue 3: HEMI not working, is Chrome supported for E1 help integration with UPK?
 Issue 4: When the UPK is launched from the app or from an E1 page in JDE a black screen appears and the UPK never launches.  Why?
 Issue 5: Content is not being returned in Applicable search 
 Issue 6: The player launches in browser but then the window disappears immediately
