My Group Requisitions Performance Issue

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation
When attempting to view My Group Requisitions,
the following error occurs.

Internal Server Error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement
2. Select Requisitions tab
3. Select “My group requisitions” from View popup option and Click on “GO”
Error Message “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”
