Navigation: In Business process automation >> Communication management >> Contact >> Contact ID - AUDIT.
               Here in the second tab, enter the Notify subject ID - SHIPMENT - MODIFIED.

The above configuration will capture every change on the shipment which is lot of unwanted audits.
The need is only to capture audits for refnum and it is found that there is no such event to support SHIPMENT REFNUM - MODIFIED. Instead you have to use SHIPMENT - MODIFIED which will capture all the unwanted audits.

Is there a standard configuration that OTM supports to capture refnum changes?
